When making a purchase from Finlee & Me it’s important to complete your order with accurate contact details to ensure your package arrives to home you in a timely manner. If by chance, you enter the wrong contact details please contact us directly at info@finleeandme.com.au and in the subject line order state ADDRESS CORRECTION and our team will action this as soon as possible. In the event you enter an incorrect address, Finlee & Me are not responsible for replacing your order if your items have already been dispatched.
PRICING
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUS) and includes 10% GST required by Australian Law. Customers ordering outside of Australia are not subject to GST and this amount will be deducted from your order. Finlee & Me reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
PAYMENT
Finlee & Me will accept payment of your purchase in the following ways: credit card (Mastercard and Visa only), Paypal and also via direct deposit into our bank account. If for some reason, none of the above options work for you please contact us at info@finleeandme.com.au and in the subject line state PAYMENT OPTIONS and our team will action this as soon as possible.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
