Our 30-day money-back guarantee means that if you purchase any product from our online store Finlee and Me and our product does not meet your expectations, I personally invite you to return the product in a resalable condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
If you wish to return your product, please read the following conditions and I’ll be happy to refund your money in full.
Conditions for returning goods to Finlee and Me:
- The customer takes full responsibility for returning the product (via Registered Mail with Australia Post) to the Finlee and Me warehouse. Please note, if the product gets damaged in transit it will be the responsibility of the customer to lodge a complaint directly with Australia Post and we will not be able to refund until the product has been returned in a resalable condition.
- The product must be received by Finlee and Me in a fully resalable condition and must include original packaging, copy of manuals, any warrantee cards and must be accompanied by original order printout, packing slip or facsimile.
- Any product returned to Finlee and Me must not have any permanent damage such as but not limited to: engraved or indelibly marked. If the product is return to Finlee and Me like this, we will not accept these goods as they are not in a resalable condition. We will return this product to the customer, once the customer has made payment for postage and handling back to their address.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS
If you would like to return your product, please send an email to email@example.com with subject header “Return of Product.” Once we receive your email, I’ll provide you with our warehouse address to send your product back to.
Please remember to notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org when you’ve shipped your product back to us and include the tracking number. After we’re received your product in a resalable condition, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 14 business day from the time your order has been received at our warehouse until your refund is processed.
