The earth does have music and we’re going to kick off this 30 Day challenge to help you take care of yourself with this simple activity of getting outdoors, soaking in the sun or enjoying the cool, crisp winter chill or simply feeling the sand under your feet while you’re at the beach.

Take Care of Yourself with Ease Idea

Getting outdoors is so simple but it has such incredible health-boosting benefits from improving your mood to relieving stress.

Research has show that being surrounded by Nature can help alleviate stress. Not only that, you get an opportunity to be more active, exercise those muscles and yes, also get to see other people around you!

It doesn’t take a ton of time or a lot of effort. Even 10 minutes a day will do.

Hey, you can even take the kids with you and toss a ball in the park or go cycling around the block. The idea is to get outdoors, breathe in the fresh air, shake off the blues, pick a few flowers, spot a bird or two and savor the simple joys that make a big difference.
