It’s one of those things that you know isn’t good for you but you just can’t resist and when you do indulge, you actually feel pretty good after it. Sorta like Nutella, but with sound and special effects!

Today’s take care of yourself idea is all about binge watching a TV series or even, a movie “series”. Back to the Future shows, anyone?
Make some popcorn for yourself, or a plate of nachos with a cheesy dip, snuggle up in bed with comfy cushions. Make sure that the phone is within reach and get clicking!
There’s really no reason why you shouldn’t do it.
Sure, there’s laundry to be done. But wouldn’t you enjoy doing it more after you’ve feasted your eyes on George Clooney, three times over in the Ocean’s Eleven series? I think so!
Sure, there’s dishes to be cleaned, but wouldn’t they be done faster if you’re on a buzz from catching up on all the Game of Thrones series.
So, go on. Take a pick and choose your flick to binge on.
