30 Days, 30 Ways for Mothers to Take Care of Themselves {Day 2} : Drink Up!

30 Days 30 Ways for MothersTake Care of Yourself Day 2

“Water is the driving force in nature.” ― Leonardo da Vinci

Water.

SO simple. So incredible.

Okay, I want you to be honest with me and tell me how many glasses of water did you have today, so far? Think about it.

If you’ve had less than 3, that’s waaaaayyyy too few.

If you’ve had between 3-5, that’s still too little.

If you’ve had around 5 to 7 glasses, you’re good.

If you’ve had more than 7 glasses, you, my friend are my rockstar!

Seriously speaking though, it’s crazy how little water we drink when pretty much 70% of our body is water.

It’s not that we don’t know how important water is, it’s just that we’re too busy, too caught up, too rushed, too… you get the point, don’t you?

Take Care of Yourself with Ease Idea

Naturally, today’s “take care of yourself” idea is all about staying hydrated.

Fill up a bottle with plain drinking water or keep a glass always full on your table. Make it simple and easy for yourself to drink up and then, you’ll notice how amazing you feel. Your energy levels will be better, your mood will be nicer and you’ll not feel as hungry either.

Like all the ideas in this 30-Day challenge, this one too, is super simple, easy and as good as free to do.

Go on, fill up that glass with water. If you’d like to spice it up, add some chopped fresh herbs to it but don’t add sugar or even, honey. Keep it simple, sweetheart!
