But, can I tell you, as scary as it may seem, going to watch a movie by yourself can give you the best kind of mental health day ever!

You get a few hours to yourself, you have someone entertaining you, you can savor snacks and drinks in peace and you can give your head a real break from all that thinking, juggling, multi-tasking!
