In fact, according to a study, 60 elderly women who suffered from depression experienced improvements in mood and life satisfaction when assigned to a Laughter Yoga group.

Pick the funniest show on TV, a book of jokes or a ridiculously hilarious movie. And then… Laugh. Like really laugh. Hell…snort if you need to, but get a really good belly laugh going.
