Jelly and Yogurt Cups
Jelly and yoghurt cups have a wiggley and jiggley texture that a lot of children love. These colourful cups are playful and a sensory treat. Make the jelly the night before or first thing in the morning so these treats are ready for after school snacks or after dinner desert.
Ingredients
· 2 tablespoons (about 28g) gelatine
· 200ml hot water
· 1 tablespoon (about 14g) sugar – optional
· 800ml juice (we used apple and raspberry)
· 500g yoghurt (we used strawberry)
· 8 wafer biscuits
Method
· Dissolve the gelatine (and sugar) in the hot water
· Add juice and allow to set in fridge then cut into cubes
· Layer jelly and yoghurt in cups
· Garnish with wafer biscuits.

· stirring juice into gelatine mixture
· spooning ingredients into cups
