Rum Balls

Ingredients

rumballsfinleeandmesm1 Packet of Arrowroot Biscuits

1 cup of caster sugar

1 cup of coconut

2 cups of almond meal

6 tablespoons cocoa

6 tablespoons coffee powder

200 grams of sultanas

½ cup of milk

6 tablespoons of Rum (add more if you want)

Instructions

Step #1: Place biscuits (broken in half) into Thermomix and mix at speed 10/5 seconds. Scrape sides and then mix again at speed 10/5 seconds

Step #2: Add caster sugar, coconut, almond meal, cocoa, coffee powder and mix speed 4/20 seconds.

Step #3: Add 200grams sultanas and mix speed 3/reserve speed/20 seconds.

Step #4: Add milk, rum and mix speed 4/reserve speed/15 seconds. Scrape sides. Repeat and mix speed 4/reserve speeds/15 seconds

Step #5: Roll into balls and then roll into extra coconut

Step #6: Refrigerate or freeze.

Makes: 40 Rum Balls
